My podcast, “The Middle Way with Dr. Matthew Goodman” is now available!

The podcast is about bridging the divide between human beings. It explores innovative, practical solutions to the world’s problems based on the principles of interconnectedness, common humanity, and radical compassion.

Topics include:

  • The science of interconnectedness and collective consciousness.
  • Mindfulness and compassion (individually and collectively).
  • Reducing social and political polarization.
  • Pragmatic solutions to global problems.
  • And much more!

Guests include authors, scientists, politicians, healers, and more.

The podcast will also feature friendly debates between individuals representing opposing views on current social/political topics (e.g., on race, free speech, global warming, and more) with the goal of fostering empathic dialogue and mutual understanding — versus greater division and alienation.

“The Middle Way” also refers to the Buddha’s prescription to ending suffering. This path involves practicing radical compassion for ourselves and others, such that we can see beyond our individual “selves” and glimpse the interconnected nature of all beings.
